get equally upset with dry skin, cold & cough, sore throat, flu and fever.

Say yes plenty of water– we tends to drink a lots of tea & coffee in order to
keep us warm during the season but miss out on drinking plenty of water which
is very important to keep our body hydrated and skin nourished.

foods
In winter our food craving gets
higher and to keep ourselves warm we jump on to junk foods to relish our
taste buds, but to stay healthy we need to take foods that boosts immunity
level ,so minimise junk foods as much as possible and Include more seasonal
vegetables, fruits and nuts in your diet.
Get moving
Chilly weather in winter almost
makes us all a bit sluggish so we often skip our daily workout but it is
important to exercise regularly to stay fit & active .Even if it is not
possible it is suggested to take a short walk for at least 15 minutes.
Keep your skin moisturized: Dry & Itchy skin, chapped lip & cracked heel is
quite common in this season so apply essential mineral oil or good moisturizer
regularly to keep your skin & heels nourished & lip balm to avoid
chapped lip.
Get proper sleep: An adult needs minimum 6 – 8 hours of sleep every day.
Disturbed and less sleep may make one more susceptible to illnesses. So getting
the right amount of sleep is very important for a healthy immune system and
staying active.
Get the trouble off your hands –Wash your hands frequently to keep away germs .The best way
is to carry a hand sanitizer and apply it when necessary.
Most importantly wear proper warm
clothes and cover yourself to avoid frostbite and falling sick
