In today’s fast forward life we
often find ourselves stressed , be it with work, career , social or personal
life. Increasing competition in today’s world puts us in a challenging
situation every day and we cant help ourselves from getting stressed. Knowingly
or unknowingly we are walking our self-down towards the tipping point where our
health faces a major problem due to it. Stress -“the silent killer” can lead to
several health problems like heart disease, high blood pressure, chest pain,
obesity, depression and weakened immune system. Stress has been called ” the
silent killer ” because it is very difficult to recognize the detrimental
effect of stress that possesses on our health. Stress is a
part of our everyday life, we cannot beat stress but we can effectively manage
it for a better health & a happy life.
